Alnico Pot Magnet Holding Assemblies

Alnico Pot Holding Magnets are assembled with non-magnetic sleeves between the magnet and the "pot". The absence of epoxy binder allows for high temperatures and chemical stripping applications.

Pot magnets for applications that require greater holding values are available with Rare Earth magnetic material - Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) for up to 180°F, Samarium Cobalt Magnet (SmCo) for up to 575°F.

Alnico Sleeve Magnet Holding Assemblies

The Storch brass-sleeved, Alnico round magnets are externally insulated permanent magnets. This series has been designed to supply magnetic holding in inaccessible areas, steel fixtures, tools, dies, and other steel components. Sleeve magnets can be installed into blind holes in ferrous metal to provide maximum holding value.

For ordering Sleeve Magnets with Rare Earth Neodymium-Iron-Boron, add -NB to the end of the part number.
