Precision Gear-Belt Conveyors are ideal for precision indexing of product. These conveyors can be applied to stand-alone as well as synchronized, gang-driven applications.

Permanent or electromagnetic rails are positioned beneath the belt & slider plate to clamp the product against the belt in order to provide positive part position and movement.

Typical Applications: Precision Shearing, Laser Welded Blanks, Press Feeding and Exiting, Automated Part Inspection.
