The top plate is all metal to ensure accuracy
and maximum coolant resistance, and extra thick
to maintain accuracy and give the chuck many years
of life, even after frequent regrinding. Additional
top plates are available. These can be mounted on
top of the chucks and machined to fit a particular
workpiece.
Side and end stops are chrome plated for maximum
datum accuracy.
Chucks can be partially magnetized to make part
positioning easier when setting up.
Handles are ergonomically designed for easy switching
and are removable.
