Plate Magnets
 Protect
your product, people, and processing equipment from damaging
ferrous particles, scrap and tramp metals with Storch high
strength plate magnets providing an effective and low cost
solution. Suspended over your flow, or located directly
in the flow line, plate magnets produce a strong magnetic
field separating tramp iron from your dry flow, maintaining
product integrity and quality.
Plate magnets are ideally suited as non-obstructive
magnetic traps in vacuum, pneumatic and gravity duct work
systems. Plate magnets mat be used in light inverted suspended
applications less than 4" burden depths, while Storch Overhead
magnetic separators are recommended for inverted separation
greater than 4".
Magnetic Separator Plates easily mount to
your chutes, sloped trays and may be used on vibrating transporter
conveyor trays. Plate Magnets compliment your inline metal
detection systems while recommended upstream to your inline
metal detection systems.

Storch Crossbelt Suspended Separator magnets provide
a true self cleaning industrial magnetics separator systems
solution, for continuous metal recovery from your conveyed
materials. The magnetic cross belt separator system uses
a Storch high strength overhead suspended plate magnet housed
in a severe duty industrial conveyor operating in an inverted
position.
Ferrous metals are magnetically pulled out of your non-ferrous
conveyed materials; ferrous materials collect on the self
cleaning magnetic separator belt and are conveyed and discharged
to your hopper. Storch self cleaning magnetic separators
are designed to eliminate or minimize any required maintenance
compared to other magnetic devices. May be used in conjunction
with Storch magnetic pulleys maximizing separation results
