200 Series

Styles: A Only
Standard Widths: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 Inches (Non-Standard Widths Available)

Ultra low-profile design. Tailored for specific applications requirements such as transfer of small stampings, small manufactured parts, light weight scrap materials or moving components like screws, nuts, and bolts to assembly operations.

300 Series

Styles: A, C, D1 Only
Standard Widths: 6, 8, 10, 12 Inches (Non-Standard Widths Available)

Low-profile design. Tailored for specific applications requirements such as transfer of small stampings, small manufactured parts, light weight scrap materials or moving components like screws, nuts, and bolts to assembly operations.

500 Series

Styles: A, B, C, D, D1, Bi-Directional
Standard Widths: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 Inches (Non-Standard Widths Available)
Special Engineering Consideration: 20 - 24 Inches

Our most common conveyor profile. Built tough for heavy duty service yet requires minimal maintenance. These conveyors provide superior strength, wear resistance, and durability because of features such as oversized rollers, solid pin conveyor chain construction, large head and tail shaft sprockets.

800 Series

Styles: A, B, C, D, D1, Bi-Directional, Special Applications, Double Incline
Standard Widths: 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30 Inches (Non-Standard Widths Available)
Special Engineering Consideration: 32 - 36 Inches

Our second most common conveyor profile. Built tough for heavy duty service yet requires minimal maintenance. These conveyors provide superior strength, wear resistance, and durability because of features such as oversized rollers, solid pin conveyor chain construction, large head and tail shaft sprockets, and stainless steel track standard.

1100 Series

Styles: A, B, C, D, D1, Bi-Directional, Special Applications, Double Incline
Standard Widths: 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42
(Non-Standard Widths Available)

Our biggest standard conveyor profile. Built tough for heavy duty service yet requires minimal maintenance. These conveyors provide superior strength, wear resistance, and durability because of features such as oversized rollers, solid pin conveyor chain construction, large head and tail shaft sprockets, and stainless steel track standard.

NOTE:

The load capacity charts provide a general view of conveyor capacities and are to be used as a guideline only. Consult Storch Engineering if you are applying a magnetic conveyor to conditions other than those listed. When sizing a magnetic conveyor, the important criterion is how much of a load will one magnet handle. When this is known, the hourly or daily capacity is a simple calculation. When handling irregular shapes and sizes, it is sometimes necessary to submit samples to Storch for evaluation prior to manufacture.
