Return and Refund Policy

At Storch Products Co Inc., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy to assist you.
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Custom-built products, marked magnets, and items damaged due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email sales@storchmagnetics.com or call 734-591-2200 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged in a box that meets USPS or UPS shipping regulations. Products sent in non-compliant packaging will not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Use the provided return label (if applicable) or arrange your own shipping. Storch Products is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Restocking Fee and Refunds
A restocking fee of $10 or 20% of the product value (whichever is greater) applies to all returns, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made by Storch Products Co Inc.
Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 2 business days of receiving the shipment by emailing returns@storchmagnetics.com.
Retain all packaging materials for inspection by the shipping carrier.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the damage.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your shipment is incomplete or incorrect:
Report the issue within 2 business days of delivery.
After verification, Storch Products Co Inc. will ship the correct items at no additional cost or issue a refund, at our discretion.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made products, including SuperMag and Magnetic Conveyors
Products marked as final sale.
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping Issues
For orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, a refund will be issued minus shipping and return fees.
International customers are responsible for providing accurate VAT/Tax ID/EORI information; failure to do so may result in return shipping charges deducted from the refund.
