Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Storch Products Co Inc. is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded for the product value, minus shipping and return fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at shipping@storchmagnetics.com or call 734-591-2200.

Retain all packaging materials and documentation for inspection by the carrier.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Ensure that all required documentation, such as VAT/Tax ID or EORI numbers, is provided at the time of purchase to avoid delays.
